Throughout the course of his career in journalism, Howard has worked to equalize coverage between both men and women’s sports - most notably, by creating the The IX Newsletter, which is a daily newsletter that offers a “curated guide” to six different women's sports.
In addition to creating The IX, Howard also recognized there was an opportunity for “always-on” women’s basketball coverage, so Howard also created “The Next” which is a 24/7/365 newsroom that puts out coverage on all things women's basketball.
