In her role, Deidra leads a cross-country team responsible for marketing sponsorships across all professional league content, ESPN studio programs and social platforms, ESPN-owned events, and all sponsorship activation efforts. 

As a 14-year veteran of The Walt Disney Company, she has contributed to numerous successful rights renewal and content acquisitions and has overseen go-to-market strategies, as well as the development of all single and multimedia sponsorship offerings and fulfillment of those sponsorships.
